This is FAR TOO common with the LogiTech mouse driver.Disable theDOS mouse driver because WINDOWS has its own. Itshould be OK. Also see above two questions.

I want to use Ricardo WAVE engine modeling software.How do I do it?

There are several steps. First, make sure that you have an MEnet account (See the Enet Staff in the Enet office). Secondly,you will need to have your account initialized to properly accessand run WAVE (see Brian Graskow). Once this is done, the WAVEsoftware can be accessed only from turing (turing.me.umn.edu)in the P&P computer lab.
