file descriptions

weather.pl  builds the previous website.  It's a mess but works.
            It also stores data in files for plotting.
plotpressure.pl  uses excel to generate the BP plot.
plottemps.pl same but temperature plots.
renum.pl increments the webcam image numbers for the timelapse page.
thumb1.pl generates thumbnails or smaller images using various methods.
therm4.pl is a simple example of collecting and storing data from a QK145 kit.
          This is also done in the weather.pl file.
qk145.cfg  is the config file for win32-serialport.
