4. Washer Hardness Before and After Running in a Magnetic Field

The data are averages of 40 microhardness measurements on washers after running in bearings under no field (results in previous plot) and for before and after running bearings under the applied pulsed magnetic field. Three sets of data are shown that are typical of all the results obtained. Two sets of data are for hardness tests using a 300 gm load and one for a 500 gm hardness test load.
