Interests:

Microfabrication/nanofabrication, polymer microelectronics, microelectromechanical system (MEMS), biosensors,aerosol and particle technology, self-assembly, inkjet printing etc.


Projects:

1.Self-assembled polymer/nanoparticle field-effect transistors for chemical and biosensing applications (Thesis topic).

2.Extremely Ultraviolet Lithography (EUVL) Mask Study: Methods to Evaluate and Control Particulate Contaminant Geenration, Transport and Deposition under Vacuum(a project supported and cooperated with Intel Company).

3.Nano-patterning of Silicon dioxide using e-beam lithography (a project supported and cooperated with Los Alamos National Lab).

4.Polymer microelectronics using inkjet printing technology (Supported by DARPA grant in USA)
